All items are made to order, and our processing time typically ranges from 3 to 5 business days.

If your item is damaged or you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you with a prompt exchange or return. 

You can return your item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the product is in its original and unused condition.

 If your item was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send us clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

We also ask that you keep the original packaging until the issue is fully resolved, as it may be required for further investigation.

Also if your item was damaged during delivery, the shipping cost will be covered by the shipping carrier. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item and provide photos of both the damaged product and packaging. Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

If you receive the wrong item, return shipping costs will be covered by our company. Please reach out to us, and we'll assist you in returning the incorrect item and arranging for the correct product to be sent.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To USA/Canada: USPS – 13-15 days; APC – 16-21 days.

To Europe: Ukrposhta – 15-21 days.

To Asia/Australia and other: Ukrposhta – 2-3 weeks.

• Express shipping:

To USA/Canada: FedEx – 7-10 days.

To Europe: DHL Express – 10-11 days.

To Asia/Australia and other: FedEx – 9-11 days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track the delivery.
